David McFall.

I’m a performance coach and sports therapist who has spent the last 18 years travelling the world providing medical and performance services to clients who have ranged from the general population and amateur athletes through to professional rugby teams, elite cyclists and athletes at the Paralympic Games. I have lived in Great Britain, The Netherlands and France and am now based in Germany.

For 8 years I ran RehaSport classes in a large rehabilitation centre where I encountered hundreds of patients suffering from back pain, neck pain and conditions caused by a sedentary lifestyle. This experience with non-athletes, combined with my work in elite sport has uniquely positioned me to be able to offer health and performance solutions to gamers who will often fall into those two categories (i.e. somebody who is an elite performer, but not very physically active).

As for gaming - well let’s just say I’ve lost a lot of time to Fortnite……….
